Project Overview
During my time with BerlinRosen, one of my primary responsibilities was supporting the launch of the firm’s official Instagram presence in May 2021. This was a pivotal step in expanding their digital outreach and building stronger audience engagement. The social launch aimed to showcase the agency’s creative work, celebrate internal achievements, and establish a more authentic connection with current and prospective clients and talent. I was tasked with designing a range of assets to support this initiative, including Instagram Stories, carousel posts, and custom Spark AR filters.

Creative Process
The social launch required thoughtful planning. I worked closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual guidelines for the account’s launch phase. This included mood boarding, defining post formats, and building out templates that could be reused for consistency. I designed multiple story video highlights, carousel posts for the main feed, and experimented with Spark AR to create interactive filters that added a playful layer to the brand experience. Feedback cycles were fast-paced and collaborative, allowing me to refine assets and gain real-world experience in creating design work that lives natively on social platforms.
