I centered my capstone project around album branding, album marketing, and mobile app design. I first choose an artist, LANY, whose style plays to my interests in aesthetics. Then I created three separate cover art designs for cd and vinyl. Along with this, I provided marketing materials to help promote the album release. This includes t-shirts, phone cases, and billboard advertisements.
To go along with my project, I created a mobile app prototype using Invision. In the app I have four main features: upcoming tour dates, a music video section, a section that provides the lyrics to their songs, and a section to purchase merchandise.
I used Illustrator, Photoshop and XD throughout the development of this piece.
