Project Overview
During my time at Marketing for Change, a behavioral science-based research and creative agency, I contributed to a range of client projects, including work for the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP). My role focused on designing digital assets for social media, aiming to engage and inform FVAP’s online audience. These one-pagers and shareable graphics covered key messaging such as voting alerts, deadline reminders, participation statistics, and other visual content tied to voter outreach.
Creative Process
To begin, I collaborated with the creative team to review content guidelines, target audience insights, and behavioral messaging principles that inform FVAP’s communication strategy. Using this foundation, I designed graphics that were accessible, visually clear, and optimized for all digital platforms, particularly social media. The process involved developing layouts that supported quick comprehension while aligning with both FVAP’s federal branding standards and Marketing for Change’s evidence-based design approach.
Concept
The concept behind these deliverables were rooted in action. The goal was to make important voter information feel approachable and urgent without overwhelming the viewer. The visuals served as both reminders and motivators, nudging the audience toward meaningful civic engagement, especially for those voting from overseas or underrepresented communities.
Programs
After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.
The sharables below consisted of work centered around voting alerts, reminders, statistics and visuals for their online following.
